MEDMEN:
OUT OF HOME MARKETING CAMPAIGN

A cityscape advertisement board on a sidewalk showing a person in red clothing holding a red bag, with tall buildings in the background.

We rolled up an award-winning out-of-home campaign for MedMen—the first of its kind in highstory. We packed a lot into this deceptively simple concept, one word: CANNABIS. This joint effort blazed a trail across Southern California with billboards, posters, murals, delivery trucks, and tee shirts, planting our bud MedMen as the reigning king of the green. We sparked a movement from High Street to the highways, we let the world know: this was not just another pipe dream—it was a grassroots revolution. 🌿👑

Beyond just lighting up campaigns, we also helped MedMen grow their in-house offerings. When cannabis delivery went legit, we sparked an idea —Time to Burn — it’s funny if you think about it, like a quadruple entendre. The first legal cannabis delivery service in history. On top of that, we cultivated MedMen’s web presence, rolling out fire designs. 🚀🔥

DID WE MENTION WE ALSO DID THEIR SOCIAL?

During the 2018 Super Bowl season, we huddled up with MedMen to tackle photography and media direction, scoring a 400% increase in following and engagement. It was a real team effort—collaborating with some real talented buds, and a few puff puff passes, we were left with the kind of serious munchies that could only be satiated by an endless supply of breakfast burritos. 🌯🏆🌿

P.S. WE DID THIS FILM WITH SPIKE JONZE

Our final hit? Collaborating on The New Normal, a groundbreaking film directed by Spike Jonze that chronicled the highs and lows of cannabis in America. From George Washington tending his own crop to decades of prohibition and stigma, all the way to legalization and its life-changing medicinal benefits, this project was a true full-circle moment. A visually stunning and thought-provoking tribute to the plant that went from outlawed to embraced—talk about a real glow-up. 🌿🎥
