RENNGA sits at the forefront of Japan’s D/X revolution—equal parts builder, bridge, and gentle disruptor (with very good manners). They design and ship digital products, launch cross-cultural business accelerators, and convene thinktanks where legacy industry meets what’s next. We partnered with them from the top down, leading creative and design to unify all of this into a single, coherent voice—one that can speak fluent corporate, startup, and everything in between. For the internal rebrand and web experience, we reimagined RENNGA’s identity as a system rather than a logo—a flexible framework that could scale across disciplines and geographies. Clean, modular, and quietly confident, the design balances institutional credibility with a more experimental edge (because transformation shouldn’t look like a spreadsheet). The website became a kind of digital control center: designed to convey the nostalgia of Showa-Era Japanese Shinbun, layered, and built to host multiple narratives without losing the plot. A place where strategy meets storytelling 🌐💠

On the B2B front, we collaborated with RENNGA on client work for companies like Idemitsu—helping legacy organizations navigate the not-so-small task of reinventing themselves for a digital world. This wasn’t just about aesthetics; it was about infrastructure. We helped define digital strategies, shape product thinking, and design the internal systems needed to support real change. In other words: turning transformation from a buzzword into something you can actually ship.
